That's right, we're having a baby! I just went to the doctor today and found out I'm twelve weeks along, which makes me due August 4th. I sure am hoping that the ALL DAY sickness will begin to back off soon. Don't get me wrong, I feel that I'm incredibly blessed that I'm not throwing up all the time, but does the nausea really need to be there all day? I'm looking forward to actually wanting food again. It's a lot better than it was a few weeks ago, and I can just hope that it continues to get better. Well here is a picture of our baby at 12 weeks, and I can actually see it's cute little arms and legs! By the look of things, i'm pretty sure we're gonna have the cutest baby ever!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY JAY!
Yesterday, the 18th, was Jason's 22nd birthday (and the name baby jay will forever be there). Andrew and Jason were planning on going snowboarding for his birthday, but Jason went snowboarding on the 15th AND 16th already and said he didn't care what they did. So we somehow ended up in our spare room the night before his birthday and we were looking at the brand new snowshoes Andrew and I got for Christmas from his parents that we have yet to use, so Jason said "hey why don't we go snowshoeing?" so that's exactly what we did. After waiting in line for about half an hour at the ORC and listening to the 2 most annoying guys in the world try to hit on every single girl in the room, we were able to rent some snowshoes for Jason. We headed up to Island Park and stopped somewhere on the side of the road and explored. After about an hour or so of that, we drove a couple hundred yards down the road to a frozen lake to see what fun can come from that. We were going to uncover the snow and build a fort, but the snow was way too soft and the lake is pretty nasty so we just had fun walking in the snow that was up to our knees.

Thebeginning of our journey
Jason just wanted to fall over, and Andrew wanted to hit him
The camera is a little wet here, but we all decided to make our own seats in the snow and relax
Of course we can to try this!
Bad news for Jay Done like a pro
That's my man!
This was after our snowshoeing adventure at the lake
Jason says this is quite peaceful and warm
Of course we have to end with Jason's amazing backflip!

Hello Again!
SOOO I think I've finally figured out this blogging thing, and soo much has happened since I last updated this thing. Andrew and I are back in Rexburg enjoying ANOTHER amazing winter here (hopefully our last one).
Andrew is going to school for accounting and he's also working part time at a great job on campus that will really help spice up his resume. Poor guy is ALWAYS busy. He goes to school all day on Tuesday and Thursday, and works all day Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. He also has a season pass up at Targhee so he goes snowboarding or skiing on Saturdays. Needless to say, he has very little time to fit me in, but i'm totally okay with that. He's working so hard and doesn't need a complaining wife in the mix of it.
I graduated this last December, and I worked over the Christmas break to put in my share of money to help pay a month of rent :) So while Andrew is working hard all the time, I'm working very hard at being a stay at home wife. That's right. It's a job. So I clean the house (more often than it needs), watch WAY too many reruns on TV, and believe it or not, I've been trying to learn how to cook so that he has dinner on the table when he gets home. I am actually really enjoying myself, and my cooking skills aren't that bad, i just have a problem coming up with meals to make...So if you have any ideas - let me know! So that's our lives, Andrew is too busy for his own good, and I have way too much free time on my hands...yep that pretty much sums it up. So why am I not out trying to find a job? We'll just leave it at...I don't want to :)

first year of marriage
Soooo since Andrew and I have been married there have been a few adventures mixed in with the seriousness of school. For Thanksgiving 2008 we made our way with Dan and Brittany down to Phoenix, Arizona passing through Las Vegas and saw one of the great wonders of the United States. They were the best dam pictures we ever took, Hoover that is. Once we got to Arizona we relaxed with my family and with Bob and Diana who were able to meet us down there for Thanksgiving. We were there in time to see the christmas lights come on at the Mesa Temple and that was an amazing experience. to Oregon for the christmas vacation and built the most perfect snowman out of 4 inches of snow that you will ever see! I was also able to try out my new snowboard on our hill with the help of Andrew. Back in Idaho we decided to make the most of the massive amounts of snow that Rexburg dropped on us. We went snowboarding every few weeks and Andrew is very patient with teaching me, believe it or not I am improving. We also went snowshoeing up near Yellowstone, we both had a blast on that first time experience. Andrew was on a basketball team, he really enjoyed getting back into the sport scene. After the semester we headed back to Oregon and have been able to go hiking Multnomah Falls and take a kayaking trip down the Tualatin River (don't worry, we didn't touch the water). We went to Multnomah Falls, and went on a hike around Mt. St. Helens with Jason, my dad, and Andrew.

School
Andrew and I are currently going to college at Brigham Young University - Idaho. I have one more semester of school and will be graduating in December with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, and no i don't know what i want to do with that degree. My main goal is to get a degree and to eventually be a mom. Andrew is going to school and is majoring in Accounting and is pluggin away at those numbers. He has a few more semesters, so for all i know we can be living in Rexburg, Idaho for another 3 years! When we go back to school in September we will be moving into a brand new apartment and we're both very excited to be in a place long enough to make it a home for the next year or so until it is time for him to get an internship.
