happy 1/2 birthday colby!

6 months ago i was just meeting my little angel boy for the first time. i can't imagine my life without colby. he has brought so much joy and happiness into our lives. i love him to death! i can't believe he is 6 months old already! so far he....

smiles ALL the time

giggles

eats his feet

has 2 teeth

loves to stand

loves eating cereal/veggies/fruit (or really just loves eating)

still not rolling over (he rolled from stomach to back today...so we'll see if that was an accident or not)

i think he's about 15 lbs

sleeping about 12 hours at night

he reaches out for anybody

anything and everything belongs in his mouth (which means he now takes a bottle!!)

i've always hated to iron. we bought and iron and ironing board a couple years ago, and i think andrew used it once. never me. i strongly believe in throwing your clothes in the dryer to get some of the wrinkles out. now...andrew has an internship and wants to look all spiffy every day. now i'm ironing. ALL THE TIME. on sunday i even ironed MY shirt. this world is crazy. don't worry, i'm still me. i lost a button on that same shirt and have absolutely no idea what to do to fix it. no thread, no needle, no talent. guess i don't have to worry about ironing it again.

andrew takes our car to work, so that means i'm housebound all day. which is fine with me because i'm terrible with directions and i'd just let lost - tough luck for andrew because that means no grocery shopping all week. saturday we went ALL OUT. our fridge is full, our freezer is full, our pantry is full... and i still have no idea what to make for dinner. but at least we have food now.

I love that you said since you lost the button, you won't be ironing that shirt anymore!!! hahaha... once I visit u i'll be sure to bring a needle and thread to help u! miss u tons.. love ya!
